One of the primary goals of the Swedish massage is to relax the entire body, but this therapy is also beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. The application of sports massage prior to and after exercise may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

No-Fault
We do accept clients seeking therapy under the No-Fault benefit of their auto insurance. For new clients, the accident must have occurred within the last 12 months and they must have applied for this benefit through their insurance company. Claim information will be required to begin treatment. Please call for an appointment.
Deep Tissue Massage
The focus of deep tissue massage is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints)

Pre-Postnatal Massage
Massage therapy during pregnancy is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling).
One-Two Combo
The 90 minute combo treatment consists of a 60 minute full body Swedish massage followed by a 30 minute massage concentrating on the head and/or feet.
Zenquility
Our ZENQUILITY Signature Massage consists of a 60 or 90 minute Swedish Massage, Aroma Therapy and A Touch of Hot Stones ending with moistened hot towels submerged in essential oils.

Medical massage is an outcome-based massage, primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to the specific problem(s).

Hot Stone Massage
A hot stone massage is used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body.
